Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped shrimp
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped stuffed olives
- 2 cups chopped hard boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons dressing
- 1/2 cup nuts (if desired)
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp coarsely after carefully removing the intestinal vein. Add celery, olives, eggs, pepper, onion and dressing. Arrange on lettuce and sprinkle with nuts. Servings, 6.
