Scalloped Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt
- Speck pepper
- 2 cups diced chicken
- 2 cups fresh or canned corn
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt, or 1/2 cup celery
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Make a sauce of broth, flour, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Put chicken and corn in baking dish in alternate layers, sprinkling each with celery salt or diced, parboiled celery. Add sauce, sprinkle with soft bread crumbs, and bake in a moderately hot oven, in the oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
