Add chicken and egg lightly beaten. Season to taste. Whip cream and fold into chicken mixture.2Pour into timbale or custard cups. Set in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven until firm. Remove from water and let stand a few moments before unmolding. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.3Turn out on a warm platter. Serve with currant jelly or Soubise Sauce (see page 238).
