Pineapple Jam
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped pineapple and juice
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup blanched and roasted almonds
Instructions
- Mix pineapple, orange juice, and sugar. Cook until the pineapple is transparent and a thick syrup is formed. Add chopped almonds and cook three minutes longer.
