Peanut Stuffing for Duck
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup shelled peanuts
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Few drops onion juice
- Salt, pepper, and cayenne
Instructions
- Put the cracker crumbs and shelled peanuts through the food chopper, add cream or top milk, butter melted, onion juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Mix lightly with a fork.
