Peanut Stuffing for Duck

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup shelled peanuts
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Few drops onion juice
• Salt, pepper, and cayenne

Instructions

1. 1Put the cracker crumbs and shelled peanuts through the food chopper, add cream or top milk, butter melted, onion juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
2. 2Mix lightly with a fork.
