Ingredients
- Canned or fresh peaches
- Baked pastry shell
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
Instructions
- Slice peaches on the baked crust, cover with meringue made of other ingredients and bake in a moderate oven. Serve as soon as cold. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
