Peach Pie

Ingredients

• Canned or fresh peaches
• Baked pastry shell
• 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

1. 1Slice peaches on the baked crust, cover with meringue made of other ingredients and bake in a moderate oven. Serve as soon as cold. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
