Any canned or fresh juice may be used. Add sugar. The exact amount will depend upon the combination of fruit juices used. Stir until sugar is dissolved and let mixture stand until it begins to stiffen. Stir in fruit and turn into a mold. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise to which whipped cream has been added or with Fruit Salad Dressing (see page 297). Servings, 6.
