Then add sugar and vinegar, pineapple juice, tarragon vinegar, lemon juice and salt. When mixture begins to thicken add the cucumber and pineapple which have been chilled and drained. Pour into individual molds and chill. Turn out on lettuce leaves and arrange on a platter. Serve with cream mayonnaise dressing. Servings, 6.
