Housekeeper's Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 quart diced cold potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Speck pepper
- 2 cups soup stock
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, salt, pepper, and stock. Simmer for ten minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer five minutes longer.
