Potatoes à l'Italienne

Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potato
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked ham
- 1 egg yolk (beaten)
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients but cheese. Beat until fluffy. Heap lightly on buttered baking dish leaving top rough. Sprinkle with cheese. Brown delicately in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
