Frozen Rice

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup finely chopped walnut meats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Soften gelatine in milk, and place over hot water until dissolved; then add rice, salt, and sugar. When cool, fold in whipped cream, nut meats, and flavoring. Pack in ice and salt, and let stand for two or three hours.
