Frozen Peaches

Ingredients
- 6 cups cream
- 2 cups peach pulp (fresh or canned)
- Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon each, vanilla and almond extract
Instructions
- To cream, add peach pulp (obtained by rubbing peaches through sieve). Sweeten to taste and flavor. It may be colored a delicate pink if wished. Freeze like ice cream or pack in ice and salt, and let stand for three hours.
