Cranberry-Raisin Roll

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Sweet milk
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Mix a dough of ingredients in Part I and roll one-half inch thick. Chop cranberries and raisins, mix with sugar, and spread over dough. Roll up, and lay in a steamer over quickly boiling water and steam one and one-half hours. Serve hot with Lemon Sauce (see page 163).
