Butterscotch Sauce No. 2
Ingredients
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup (white or maple flavor)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup butter
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, put over the fire and stir until sugar is dissolved. Boil until a little of the syrup dropped in cold water forms a very soft ball.
