Bakewell Tart

Ingredients

• Pastry
• Jam
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 2 ounces ground almonds

Instructions

1. 1Line a tart tin with pastry, spread with a layer of jam. Mix eggs, butter, sugar, and almonds together; pour over the jam. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees 5 minutes, 350 degrees 25 minutes.
