Whipped Cream Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 lemons (juice)
• 2 egg whites
• 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

1. 1Mix sugar, flour, vinegar, and lemon juice. Cook in double boiler until thick. Fold in egg whites, which have been beaten stiff. When cool, add the whipped cream.
