Thousand Island Dressing No. 2
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canned tomato soup
- 3/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped sour pickle
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped olives
- Few drops onion juice
Instructions
- Have soup (undiluted) very cold, and fold in whipped cream. Add vinegar, salt, pickles, olives, and onion juice. Mix well. Serve on lettuce hearts.
