Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 pound soft cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- Few grains cayenne
- 1/4 cup rich milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Melt butter, add cheese cut in small pieces, and seasonings. As cheese melts add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Add egg slightly beaten and cook one minute. Serve on toast or crackers. Servings, 4.
