Ingredients
- 1 1/2 or 2 pounds steak
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Spread steak on board and rub well with seasonings. Pound as much flour as possible into it, about four tablespoons.
- Place in covered casserole, with enough water to cover, and simmer in a moderate oven until tender. Bake in the oven for 4 hours at 325 degrees.
