Sour Cream Waffles

Ingredients

• 2 egg yolks
• 3/4 cup sour milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 2 egg whites

Instructions

1. 1Beat egg yolks well and add milk and cream. Mix and sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff.
