Raspberry Sherbet

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups canned raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups cream
Instructions
- Rub raspberries through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Heat to boiling point, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Cool, add remaining ingredients, and freeze. Servings, 6.
