Put into cold water. Dice pork, put into a deep saucepan, and cook until brown. Mince onion and add to pork, together with potatoes. Add a little pepper and celery salt, and a teaspoon of salt. Cover with boiling water and simmer until vegetables are tender. Heat milk and add to vegetables. Rub butter and flour together, and thicken chowder with it. Servings, 4.
