Remove seeds and rind from cantaloupe, and cut in pieces. Wash raisins and cut in halves; they should be of good quality, moist and plump. Mix and put in sherbet glasses with a little of the peach juice in the bottom and chill. Before serving place a spoonful of whipped cream on top. If convenient, garnish with bits of candied orange peel.
