- 2 cups peas
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mash peas through a sieve, add other ingredients, and season to taste. Form into balls and fry brown in deep fat. Serve as a substitute for meat. Cook for 3 minutes for each ball at 380 degrees fat temperature.
