- 1 Bermuda or Spanish onion
- Sugar
- 4 oranges
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice onion, cover with sugar and let stand ten to twelve hours. Pour off syrup and add onion to sliced or cut-up oranges. Serve with French dressing on lettuce leaves. Servings, 6.
