Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- Plain pastry
- Peach halves
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Heat butter and water to boiling point. Add flour and stir until a ball is formed. Remove from stove and beat in eggs, one at a time. Cut pastry in rounds. Around the edge of each pipe the first mixture, using a pastry tube. Bake in a moderate oven. In centre of each tart place one-half peach. Garnish with whipped cream. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
