Lemon Filling

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks
• 2 lemons (juice and grated rind)
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar

Instructions

1. 1Beat egg yolks until thick, add other ingredients, and cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth. Cool before spreading on cake.
