Lamb Brochettes

Ingredients

• Lamb from the forequarter, cut into inch cubes
• Salt pork, cut into narrower pieces

Instructions

1. 1Have lamb from the forequarter cut into inch cubes. String these on metal skewers, alternating the lamb with narrower pieces of salt pork. Broil and serve as chops on the skewers.
