Italian Spinach

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup macaroni, broken into inch lengths
- 2 cups cooked spinach
- 1/2 cup white sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- Cayenne, salt
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Instructions
- Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain spinach very dry, chop, mix with white sauce, and season well. Butter baking dish, put alternate layers of macaroni, spinach, cheese, seasoning, and egg until all is used, having cheese on top. Bake in moderate oven until brown and well heated through, in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Servings, 6.
