Genuine Coffee Cake (German)

Ingredients
- 1 pound bread dough
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Roll bread dough to about one inch in thickness, place in greased pan and let rise until very light.
- Beat yolks of eggs and spread over the dough. Prick dough, then spread thickly with sugar and bake in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes at 380 degrees.
