Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons chocolate
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
- Boil sugar, water, raisins and oil together five minutes. Add chocolate and spices, and cool. Add this to flour and baking powder. Bake in gem pans in moderate oven for 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
