Fig Filling

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound figs
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. 1Chop the figs fine, and boil them in the water until tender. Add sugar, and cook in a double boiler until smooth and thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool before using.
