Pickles
Cucumber Catsup
Ingredients
- 12 large cucumbers
- 4 onions
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 quart vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
Instructions
- Chop cucumbers and onions fine and let stand overnight. Drain, squeeze as dry as possible, and add remaining ingredients. Pack in glass jars and seal.
