Ingredients
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 cups corn meal
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Warm molasses, add sour milk and sifted dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Bake in a deep dripping pan in a hot oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut into squares while warm and serve.
