Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ground coffee
- 3 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions
- Tie coffee in a small muslin bag, place in cold milk and let stand twenty minutes. Then cook for five minutes and remove bag.
- Beat eggs slightly; add to sugar and cornstarch. Add hot milk and cook in double boiler until thickened.
- Fill crust and bake in a moderately hot oven until firm in the oven for 35 minutes at 400 degrees 5 minutes, 350 degrees 30 minutes.
