Cocoanut Pineapple Filling
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple, cut in small pieces
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cocoanut
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Speck cinnamon
Instructions
- Bring water and pineapple juice to boiling point. Add pineapple, cornstarch mixed with sugar and salt, and cook twenty minutes. When cool, add cocoanut, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
