Chocolate Pecan Wafers

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 6 tablespoons flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Pecan meats

Instructions

1. 1Beat eggs well, then beat in sugar and cocoa mixed.
2. 2Fold in flour and salt sifted, a tablespoonful at a time.
3. 3Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased tin, place a half pecan on each and bake in moderate oven, in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from tin immediately after taking from oven.
