Chantilly Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Salt, paprika, minced parsley
Instructions
- Mash potatoes with milk and butter, and season. Pile in a baking dish. Beat cream stiff, add cheese, salt, and paprika. Spread over potatoes and place in a moderate oven until delicately brown. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
