Asparagus Mousseline

Ingredients

• 1 bunch or 1 can asparagus
• 4 slices toast

Instructions

1. 1Cook the asparagus, or heat the canned tips and arrange on toast. Serve with Mousseline Sauce (see page 237) and garnish with paprika.
