Asparagus Mousseline
Ingredients
- 1 bunch or 1 can asparagus
- 4 slices toast
Instructions
- Cook the asparagus, or heat the canned tips and arrange on toast. Serve with Mousseline Sauce (see page 237) and garnish with paprika.
