- 1 can asparagus tips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat asparagus. Cream butter, add lemon juice, seasonings, and parsley. Put on asparagus and let butter melt. Serve on thin slices of toast. Servings, 4.
