Ingredients
- 3 slices fat bacon
- 1 pound Hamburg steak
- 1 large onion
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 quart tomatoes
- Speck cayenne
- Pepper, salt
Instructions
- Cut bacon in small pieces and cook until crisp. Remove bacon and brown the meat in the fat.
- Add onion, pieces of bacon, beans, and tomatoes. Simmer until meat is tender, and add seasonings.
