American Goulash

Ingredients

• 3 slices fat bacon
• 1 pound Hamburg steak
• 1 large onion
• 1 can red kidney beans
• 1 quart tomatoes
• Speck cayenne
• Pepper, salt

Instructions

1. 1Cut bacon in small pieces and cook until crisp. Remove bacon and brown the meat in the fat.
2. 2Add onion, pieces of bacon, beans, and tomatoes. Simmer until meat is tender, and add seasonings.
