Yorkshireman's Delight

Ingredients

• 6 slices sausage meat
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

1. 1Have sausage meat cut about one-quarter inch in thickness. Place in bottom of a dripping pan. Beat egg thoroughly, add flour, salt and milk, and beat the batter with an egg beater. Pour batter over sausage. Bake in moderately hot oven. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
