Sweet Potatoes, Creamed

Ingredients

• 2 cups diced cold potatoes
• 1 cup thin cream
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1/8 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon minced parsley

Instructions

1. 1Cover potatoes with cream and simmer fifteen minutes. Add celery, paprika, and parsley. Serve at once.
