Stuffed Ham

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• 1 1/2 pounds ham (a thin slice)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups milk

Instructions

1. Make dressing of crumbs, seasoning, and onion, moistened with hot water. Spread dressing on ham, roll, and tie securely. Pour cream sauce made of butter, flour, and milk, over prepared ham and bake in moderately hot oven until ham is tender. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
