- 1 quart strawberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 quart cream
Instructions
- Cover berries with sugar, let stand for an hour and strain through a coarse cheese cloth. Mix the pulp with milk and strain again. Add cream and more sugar if desired. Freeze. Servings, 10.
