- 2 pounds round steak
- Salt
- 1 egg
- Cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Cut steak into pieces just large enough for individual servings. Salt them and dip each, first into beaten egg and then into cracker crumbs. Sauté on both sides, then cover with water and simmer about three hours, or until tender.
