Spanish Codfish

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound codfish
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons green pepper
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons Chili sauce
Instructions
- Freshen codfish and shred. Saute onion in butter or drippings, add green pepper, and cook two minutes longer. Add flour and blend well. Then add milk and cook until thick. Season and add Chili sauce and codfish. Reheat and serve very hot. Servings, 6.
