Sour Milk Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 1/4 cups thick sour milk

Instructions

1. 1Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add the milk and thoroughly mix. Cook on hot griddle.
