Sour Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 medium sized cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Boiling water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Instructions
- Shred cabbage and onion. Add the butter and enough boiling water to cover. Cook one-half hour, add the remaining ingredients, and bring to the boiling point. Serve hot. Servings, 6.
