Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Beat eggs, add sugar, and continue beating until light and fluffy. Sift baking powder over oats, add to first mixture, and beat well. Add melted butter and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased tin, making the drops two inches apart. Bake in a moderately hot oven, and remove very quickly from the pan. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
